1. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or by email.
  • We will confirm your booking via SMS, email, or phone once details are finalised.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact information is provided to avoid delays on the day.

2. Mobile Service Access Requirements

  • Our services are fully mobile. You must provide safe and legal access to your property or location.
  • Sufficient space is required for us to operate around the vehicle (including opening doors and boot).
  • Access to water and power may be requested for certain services unless otherwise advised.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments (where available).
  • Additional charges may apply for:
  • Excessive pet hair, sand, mould, tree sap, moss or soiling
  • Stain removal or unexpected time-intensive work
  • Travel beyond our standard service area (quoted in advance)
  • No-show, late customer arrival or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)

4. Service Disclaimer

  • Our detailing services are cosmetic. While we aim to deliver outstanding results, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all imperfections (e.g. deep scratches, stains, or permanent damage).
  • Cut & Polish and Graphene Coating services are not paint correction treatments. Heavy swirl marks or scratches may remain after service.
  • Graphene Coating applications are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in poor conditions.

5. Child Restraint Installation

  • We are certified to install child restraints in accordance with Australian safety standards.
  • Our accreditation number is KSWA20211579, issued through Kidsafe Victoria Inc.
  • The vehicle must be parked on flat ground for a safe installation.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the child restraint provided is in good condition and compliant with Australian regulations.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Same-day cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.

8. Liability

We take great care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Mechanical issues unrelated to our work
  • Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance after service
  • Flat batteries resulting from doors being left open for extended periods before, during or after a service (e.g. during interior detailing)
  • Delays, cancellations, or incomplete services caused by poor weather conditions or unsafe working environments
  • Damage to personal items left inside the vehicle that may come into contact with cleaning products or equipment. We recommend removing valuables prior to your booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
