What areas do you service?

We’re based in Melbourne’s Outer Eastern suburbs and service surrounding areas including the Yarra Valley. Common suburbs we visit include Ringwood, Lilydale, Croydon, Yarra Glen, Healesville, and Olinda — but we’re not limited to these. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm.

Are you mobile? Do you come to me?

Yes — all of our services are mobile. We come to your home, workplace, or chosen location to complete the job on-site. If the service is being carried out at your workplace, please ensure that you have appropriate permission from management for us to utilise the electricity and water access, where necessary.

What types of vehicles do you service?

We service most standard passenger vehicles including sedans, hatchbacks, station wagons, SUVs, utes, and 4WDs. If you have a specialty or oversized vehicle, please get in touch to confirm availability.

Do you provide business or fleet detailing services?

How do I book a service?

To book a service, please contact us directly via phone, email or SMS. We will call you if we have any questions prior to your booking. We'll be exploring an online booking system in the future, so stay tuned!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things change — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we can reschedule your booking. Same-day cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service. Please see our full T&Cs for more information.

How do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. A tax invoice will be issued to your for your records.

Detailing Services

How long does a car detail usually take?

This depends on the service booked and the condition of the vehicle. Most standard details take between 1.5 to 4 hours. Larger or more soiled vehicles may take a full day or longer. Please contact us and we will be able to provide an estimate.

Do I need to provide anything on the day?

Yes — we’ll need access to your vehicle, a reasonably flat area to work on, and access to water and electricity. Most standard residential driveways or parking areas are suitable. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch before your booking.

What if my car is really dirty or has pet hair?

That’s not a problem! However, excessive pet hair, sand, stains, or heavy soiling may incur an additional fee due to the extra time and effort involved. We’ll let you know upfront once we have assessed the vehicle if there are going to be additional costs.

Do you remove scratches and swirl marks?

Our Cut & Polish service can reduce the appearance of light swirls and imperfections, but it’s not a full paint correction. For deeper scratches, we recommend speaking with a paint correction specialist.

How long does Graphene Coating last?

Our coating provides approximately 12 months of protection with proper maintenance. Ask us for tips & tricks about ongoing maintenance after the coating service.

Can you apply the Graphene Coating in any weather?

No — this service is weather dependent. We may need to reschedule if conditions are poor to ensure the coating sets correctly.

What’s the benefit of Graphene over regular wax?

Graphene provides stronger, longer-lasting protection and enhanced hydrophobic properties. It also adds a deep, slick gloss to your paintwork and helps repel dirt and water.

Child Restraint Installation

Are you certified to install car seats?

Yes — we’re certified to install child restraints in accordance with Australian safety standards. Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our accreditation number is KSWA20211579, issued through Kidsafe Victoria Inc.

How much does it cost to install car seats?

Our pricing for child restraints is $70.00 for one seat, or $120.00 for two seats installed in the same appointment. If you have multiple seats or multiple vehicles that need installation at the same location, please contact us for a tailored quote / special deal.

Do I need to provide the child seat?

Yes — we don’t sell car seats, but we’re happy to help install yours properly. If you have any questions or need recommendations, please get in touch.

Can you install second-hand seats?

Yes, as long as the seat complies with Australian standards and hasn’t been in an accident or expired. If you’re unsure, we can help assess its condition for you.
